Description of the ServiceThe BRYN Print Collective is a monthly subscription service that provides members with:- One (1) signed 5x7 print shipped monthly for £10 per month.
- Access to an exclusive members-only area on the Website, featuring additional content, resources, and community features.Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.3. Account RegistrationTo access the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.4. Subscription and Payment- Billing: Subscriptions are charged £10 monthly via the payment method you provide. Prices are listed on the Website and may change with notice.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until resolved.5. Cancellation and Refunds- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued.
- Due to the custom nature of the orders, we cannot provide refunds for subscriptions, prints, or services once payment has been processed.
- Requests for refunds due to shipping issues must be made within 30 days of receipt, subject to the custom nature limitation above.
- We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions for violations of these Terms.6. Shipping and DeliveryPrints are mailed on the first day of each month. This means you’ll receive each month’s piece the following month. For example: May’s print ships out on June 1st and should arrive in your mailbox sometime in June.Orders are only open until the 25th of each month. From the 26th onwards, we will be printing, packaging, and preparing that month’s orders. If you order on or after the 26th, you will receive the following month’s print instead.Shipping times vary by location; we are not responsible for delays due to carriers. International shipping may incur additional fees.7. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Website, including prints, images, and members-area materials, is owned by BRYN Fine Art or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted within the Service.8. User ConductYou agree not to:- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
